About our speakers:
Tracy is a partner with Zelmanski, Danner & Fioritto, PLLC working out of the Plymouth Office. She has been with the firm since 2004. With over 20 years of experience, Tracy is certified in Probate and Estate Planning by Michigan’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE). In addition to Probate and Estate Planning, Tracy specializes in Community Association law handling the complex legal issues facing condominium and homeowners’ associations. Tracy is a frequent speaker for the Michigan Chapter of the Condominium Association Institute, United Condominium Owners of Michigan and the Firms’ Board Education and Training sessions.
Melissa is an associate attorney with Zelmanski, Danner & Fioritto, PLLC working out of the Plymouth Office. She has been with the firm since 2013. In addition to being part of the firm’s Probate and Estate Planning team, Melissa also practices Community Association law handling the complex legal issues facing condominium and homeowners’ associations. Melissa is the firm’s Bankruptcy specialist with 19 years of practice in that field and represents Creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 Bankruptcy proceedings.
