Position Title:Manager of Sales (Full-time)


Position Details:


The Manager of Sales leads, manages, and is accountable for:

Sales process and lead management of family inquiries

Family Meetings, statement of family goals and ongoing delivery strategy for family customers

Business development through community networking and relationship-building with schools, local business, community events and premium customer care

Implementation of quarterly Marketing plans

Knowledge of employees to facilitate Role Model Match

Managing issues that involve both families and employees

Consistent use of technology that include scheduling, communication notes, order creation, family/employee profile updates

Assist Role Model Manager on responsibilities during peak times including On-Call order fulfillment and achievement of bi-weekly revenue, billing and gross margin goals and hours


Qualification and Experience

Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Two plus ( 2+) years experience working in staffing, human resources, fast paced office or service industry managing accounts

A sales background is preferred

Enjoys challenges and is willing to go above and beyond for the sake of the organization's success

Detail oriented, organized, and can juggle many assignments at once

Believes in customer care above all else

Computer and technology proficient with demonstrated aptitude using Microsoft Office or other business applications and software

Regular travel is required to client meetings and special events.  Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license necessary

Duties and responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic and tactical goals Develop and bring to market consulting and training services Identify and develop new business opportunities Establish goals for current fiscal year in conjunction with leadership Develop detailed plans for initial rollout to be approved by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Execute rollout plan adhering to all approved processes and timelines Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study. Master’s degree preferred. Ten years of work experience in a leadership position Five years or more experience serving in a senior or executive role Prior experience working in the field of social work or human services is a plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail The ability to work with community leaders and governmental entities. Proficient in Microsoft office Suite Physical Requirements: Must be able to complete manual tasks involving dexterity to enter and retrieve data using computer systems, systems applications, and other office equipment. Ability to lift and transport materials/supplies up to 25 lbs. for internal documentation and recordkeeping, court support, and other administrative tasks.
